Soya Lecithin - Food Grade

This is major specialised category of surya impex, where we cater clients pertaining from processed foods , confectionery items to Ice cream grade categories. Following below is the standard Technical analytical parameter which is found in this grade lecithin:

1. Acid Value: Below 28% MG KOH/GM.
2. Acetone Insoluble : 60% Minimum and Higher.
3. Moisture : Below 0.45%.

Soya Lecithin - Aqua Feeds Grade

This is second major Specialised category offered by us. this Category is well suited for industries who's into aqua culture industry and their foods and supplements. Following below are the standard Technical Parameters Found in this grade lecithin:

1. Acid Value: Ranging Between 28% to 35% MG KOH/Gm.
2. Acetone Insoluble : Minimum 60 % and Higher.
3. Moisture: Below 1.5%

Soya Lecithin - Cattle & Poultry Feeds Grade

This is third Major Category offered by us, which caters to clients who are into cattle and poultry breeding, following are the technical specifications offered under this grade lecithin:

1. Acid Value: Ranging Between 30%-35% MG KOH/GM.
2. Acetone Insoluble: Ranging Between 55% to 60% Max.
3. Moisture: Below 1%.

Soya Lecithin - Industrial Grade

This is Fourth major Category offered by us. which caters to clients who have industrial based requirements of lecithin. Following are the technical specifications offered as standard parameters under this category:
1. Acid Value: Ranging Between 35% to 40% MG KOH/GM. 2.Acetone Insoluble: Ranging Between 55% to 57% Max.
3.Moisture: Below 1.5% Max.

Soya Lecithin Grade - Non GMO

We shall bifurcate following category under two heads:

Head 1: Standard Chemical Specifications:

  • Acetone Insoluble: 62% Minimum and Higher.
  • Moisture: Below 0.60%
  • Acid Value: Below 27mg Koh/gm Max
  • Peroxide Value: 5Meq/Kg Max
  • Viscocity: @25 Degree By Brookfield Viscous Meter 12000 Cps Max
  • Hexane Insoluble: 0.30% Max
  • Toulene Insoluble: 0.30% Max
